Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Fleeep, the app and website for saving notes and inspiration. By creating an account or using Fleeep, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Fleeep.

Your account

You need an account to use Fleeep. You must be at least 13 years old, give a real email address, and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into it.

Your content is yours

You own everything you save in Fleeep: notes, images, voice notes, links and the rest. To run the service, you give us permission to store, copy, process and show your content only as needed to provide Fleeep to you. That includes syncing it between your devices, making link previews, searching it, turning voice notes into text, and showing a board to people when you share it. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from short-lived backup copies.

Sharing boards

When you share a board, anyone with the link can see what is on it until you turn the link off. Only share what you have the right to share. Shared boards that break these terms can be reported and taken down.

What you must not do

Do not use Fleeep to store or share anything illegal, to break other people's rights (including copyright and privacy), to harass or harm anyone, or to spread malware or spam. Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or use it in a way that harms other people using it.

If you break these terms

We may remove content or a shared board, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.

Keep your own copies

We work hard to keep your library safe, but no service is perfect. Fleeep is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Use Export backup in Settings to keep your own copy of anything important.

Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by things outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be taken away.

Changes

Fleeep is in private beta and will keep changing. We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Your library, shared boards and account details are then removed from our servers.
